Great question
That is all you need to do, exercise is more important than diet despite what the million of people who produce diet books tell us...
Muscle weighs more than fat though, you will burn off the fat and develop muscles as you are doing it so checking for weight loss is slightly spurious...checking in the mirror or having a pair of pants that you want to fit in that you don't quite at the moment is a much better test...
Getting a tape worm works too.

Keep in mind that the shape of your body will never be the same now that you've had a child. It doesn't mean you'll go up a whole size, but you might be larger in the hips than you were before!! Make sure your diet isn't too strict. You should be eating 1200 calories a day, but eating 6 small meals. You need to get your metabolism working 24 hrs a day!! Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Also make sure you are eating a balance of protein and good carbs, and drinking 64oz of water a day!!

Hi,
You will lose weight faster if you can combie weight loss with some dietary change.
You dun have to stick to a long term strict diet. You just need to be aware of what to eat and and when to eat what.
My friend followed an easy to follow detox diet and with the help of some extra health foods, she managed to lose 4kg within 1 month.
If you are keen to find out how she did it, you can email me.
Good luck in your weight loss! ;)
PS: You can how I lost 15gk within 2 months and how I used to look like beside Zoe Tay here:

You can lose weight. But if you want a faster way, snack on fruits, sweets, chewing gum, bubble gum etc. Keep your hands away from chocolates.
When you find yourself walking towards the unhealthy snacks area, quickly turn around and go to the fruits section.
Oh! and you may want to try yogurts, Uncle Toby's (they are VERY delicious).
I am also about 1.64 and i used to weigh 60kg (i gained 10kg in a few weeks after eating 5 snickers bar in a day). I have not touched any snickers bar up till today.
I wish you all the best!

Hi
Try this plan it worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Yeah, it's acutally easier to drop weight by increasing activity than reducing caloric intake. For better results you should be excercising often if not rigorously. You'll burn more fat with 4 1KM runs than with 1 4KM run. You should moderate the most harmful parts of your diet. If you're killing yourself with sugars or fats try to reduce them even a little. There are a miriad of ways to eat just a little more healthy reguardles of your schedule.

You will have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound. So whatever you're doing to burn up those calories will make a difference and reeve up your metabolism. Just cutting portions and doing moderate exercise on a regular basis ought to do it.
