when ever i drink mix fruite juices after that i get into problem
on constupation,too much oil comes on my face ,evern for weeks.
but i use proton tablets i feel normal.

To understand constipation, it helps to know how the colon, or large intestine, works. As food moves through the colon, the colon absorbs water from the food while it forms waste products, or stool. Muscle contractions in the colon then push the stool toward the rectum. By the time stool reaches the rectum it is solid, because most of the water has been absorbed.

Constipation occurs when the colon absorbs too much water or if the colon's muscle contractions are slow or sluggish, causing the stool to move through the colon too slowly. As a result, stools can become hard and dry. Common causes of constipation are

* not enough fiber in the diet
* lack of physical activity (especially in the elderly)
* medications
* milk
* irritable bowel syndrome
* changes in life or routine such as pregnancy, aging, and travel
* abuse of laxatives
* ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement
* dehydration
* specific diseases or conditions, such as stroke (most common)
* problems with the colon and rectum
* problems with intestinal function (chronic idiopathic constipation)

So a home made treatment would be: to place enough fiber in
the daily diet, more physical activity,dont drink milk if you think its causing you constipation, dont abuse abuse laxatives, dont ignore the urge to have a bowel movement, constantly dehydrate

There are many causes of constipation and many remedies. The remedy should match the cause. I don't have enough info about your general health to determine the best cure.
One problem with fruit juice is that you are not getting fiber with the juice.
Some common solutions to constipation include eating oily seeds and nuts like seseme seeds, flax seeds, almonds, etc; Aloe vera juice; apples or applesauce (especially without the skin which contain tannins and can actually prevent a BM); Watermelon works great too, it's high in fiber and has a lot of water.
If you are really desperate you can use Senna leaf. It is a natural laxative but extremely strong. You mustn't use it on a regular basis. Soak it with room temperature water not boiled to eliminate some of the negative effects.
South asian??? You could use the husk of a betal nut or rhubarb root (also strong laxatives).

Drink Jeera water

How to make it
Jeera two tea spoons full into a cup filled with two glasses (beer glass) of water boil for 10 mins and then Cool it to drinkable temp that is you have to drink it when it is warm not hot as soon as you get up even before washing your mouth (Kerala system)

Eating semi boiled puppaya without skin and the hard part and seeds is very good. (Anglo Indian)
OR
Eating meathi with butter
Put mehathi in water over night to make it soft then grind Mehahti until it becomes soft powder add butter and mix it well then eat it this too to be eaten early morning before washing your mouth this is very sour so you have to swallow it but effect is very good
(North India)
OR
Very hot milk with curry yellow before going to bed (Karnataka)

For oily face
As soon as you get up cut one lemon into two pieces and take the juice out the rub the lemon skin on to your face leave it like that for half hour then take your bath. Pls do not use soap for your face use shampoo or any other soft soap.

Hey well this isn't really homemade you might need the drug store for this one there is somthing called Epsom Salts that we caribbean peolple usually use when we are constipated and to cleanse our blood stream .
Every morning for (7) mornings put a pinch of Epsom Salts in your tea or coffee whichever one you drink.You won't get the bitter taste in your mouth this way.
Or

You can get a half cup of boiling water and put (1) heaping teaspoon of Epsom Salts in it and drink it all at once because it is very bitter and you will taste it in your mouth this way but it will work by the end of the day or before depending on how many hot things you use for that day because heat does help it to work faster.

Or you can try the herbal shop for Senna Pods , bring it to a boil and drink it for (7) mornings also.

I think depressed had a good answer. I would recommend eating raisins, prunes (dried plums), whole wheat products, and drinking lots of water. I also recommend one glass of green tea although coffee has been show to get things moving. Go see a chiroprator, accupuncturist, or a doctor if things stay the same for any length of time. Your body needs Fiber. Having enough fibers on your diet will regulate your bowel movement and stop your constipation. Fiber cleanses our intestines and help remove cholestrol. Drink prune juice and also eat prunes and lots of oatmeal. These foods contains many fibers.

Drink more water or tea. Eat whole grains (brown rice is excellent) instead of refined flour or white rice. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. Metamucil or psyllium is very helpful.

Do this every morning.
Eat one apple without removing skin. Then follow it up with a big glass of water. Then bless me.
