Dis - destroying or getting rid of something (e.g. disengaging, disentangling)
Establishment - important body, originally referred to the church
Arian - belonging to a particular belief or group (e.g. Liberterian, Librarian)
Ism - a set of beliefs (e.g. Catholicism)
Therefore - it's belonging to a group that you believe you should not destroy an important body of power. Originally it referred to those who did not want to get rid of the church in Britain, but can now refer to anti-anarchists or anti-revolutionaries.

Actually it isn't a real word. disestablishmentarian is someone against order...antidisestablishmentarion is just some one against someone who is against order.....ism is where the meaning just falls apart completely. ism is like a doctrine. So if a definition were to be created it would mean: a doctrine of those against those against the established order of things....

antidisestablishmenterianism is being against the existence of a relationship between the church and the state ie in the UK
btw it is the longest word in the english language
