Moving pictures are also called Motion Pictures which also means movies. haha. Or some gif formats can work as well. Google your search. There should be plenty.

Instead of a website, you can use a news reader to check out all the posted anime files. There are dozens (hundreds?) of different catagories and thousands of postings every day, so it is not hard to find what you want. Most browsers will also let you read news groups. Start looking in alt.binary.pictures.anime and all the news groups that start with that.
