It depends on who you talk to. If you talk to an average computer user, home page, web page and web site get used interchangeably.
If you talk to a professional, or someone who understands all of this stuff, a "web page" can refer to any HTML page displayed on the web. A "home page" typically refers to the starting page of a web site. The first page you come to when you hit a URL. It is usually titled "index.HTML" or "index.htm". Web browsers hide the "index.HTML" from the URL when displayed in the address bar.
A "web site" refers to the collection of web pages, including a home page, at a specified URL.
Lets take Yahoo for example.
The "web site" is www.yahoo.com
The "home page" is the first thing you see with all of the links to other web pages in the site, such as the mail page, news page, and links to articles on there.
A "web page" would be any of the pages that display when you navigate around the site.
The source link contains a little e-book of commonly used internet terms.

You may be surprised, but there is no difference. A home page is a web page that opens in your Internet browser immediately after its' launching, by default. Also it may be the page that you have made yourself in some html-editor and uploaded to the Web.

Home page
This is the first web page that you can found in the root folder of any web site. Usually the home page is given the name as default.* or index.* (* can be htm, asp, jsp, etc.) a home page is also a web page but it is just the fist web page that you see in a site. When you are accessing the home page, you don not have to specify the name of it. For example when you type http://www.yahoo.com , actually you are accessing the home page as http://www.yahoo.com/index.htm although you don’t see that name.
Web page
This is just a web page in a web site (web site is a collection of web pages). Out of these web pages, a one page is defiantly the home page. If you are accessing a normal web page, you have to mention the resource name. For example it can be http://www.yahoo.com/faq.html. The name is visible in address bar even.

The Home page is the MAIN page for a website - it's where you start when you type www.yahoo.com. So, a HOME page IS a webpage, but not every webpage is a Home page.
