Don't think too much about it. Eat when you can and want to, and try to be healthy. But if all you can eat for a few weeks is crackers, you'll be fine. Eating or not eating doesn't cause miscarriages, so relax and just hang in there.
Ginger can help with nausea. Ginger ale is nice, as it gives you some calories you might be needing.

I went though the same thing with my 2 pregnancy's. As long as you take the vitamins and eat when you are hungry you should be fine and have a healthy baby. Don't force yourself to eat because it will make it worse. Take care i Hope this helps. Good luck

A lot of women face this in their first few months of pregnancy. Most of the time, you get over the nausea after three months. And eat whenever you want. Just make sure you are getting enough nutrients through healthy food, else it can affect your baby's growth. And follow your doc's advice... and enjoy your pregnancy! Good luck!

Congrats on your being pregnant. Morning disease is a misnomer...it does not in basic terms take place interior the morning. With my first being pregnant, I frequently in basic terms had morning disease interior the AM and previous due at night...the afternoons have been ok. throughout the time of my 2nd being pregnant, it replaced into around the clock. Many well being care vendors think of morning disease is a sturdy sign via fact it skill the placenta is coming up nicely.

At sixteen weeks pregnant I am now, thankfully coming out of this stage - isn't it awful !!! Carbs really worked for me, wholemeal toast, and boiled potatoes were my absoloute saviour - eat little and often when you can and remember to keep your fluid levels up - you body needs much more fluid than you are used to. Good luck

Mint chewing gum, milk, tea and toast. Hold your nose while eating so you can't smell the foods.
