Whats the best/cleanest way of doing one?

The doctor prescribes you a tube of stuff you squirt it inside your rectum and it works like an enema.
Think you can buy it at the chemist if you are severely constipated.
You can also get glycerin suppositories which help you go to the loo.
They don't do the tube and gallons of water anymore.

yes get yourself a fairly long tube a new piece cnnect one end to a tund dish and push the other end of the tube up your rectum and pour water through the tundish you will feel your rectum fill up then go and use the toilet and that should clear you,this is truthful i would not joke with you honestly,

i'd say, a lot of coffee (not hot - warm) in a bucket, a tube from the bucket, up your ar*se and let it drain through. i expect you can probably buy a kit somewhere though. might wanna do it in the bathroom, dont know how clean it will be.
