Most countries in Europe now have functioning parliamentary democracies, and expanding economies, which makes those countries some of the best places in the world to live. On the cultural level you can't generalise: Estonia is a very different place from Portugal and Ireland isn't Slovakia. The cultural diversity is a plus point for people with an open mind. I come from the UK.

I like Europe, but I don't see them as having much of a backbone. They have wonderful culture and rich history, but lately they have tended to be weak under pressure.

This isn't a knock on the people of Europe, but more on their leaders.

I am an American, who has traveled to Europe more than once. I also plan to go back. I do enjoy it.

Ye europes cool, im from Britain though i dont really associate British isles with Europe....
But as Europeans we can travel around to our neighbouring countries fairly cheeply and hassle free!

I love Europe.I myself are from Australia,but l lived in Ireland for 13 years and while l was living there l went to alot of other European countries.My favourite countries would have to be France Italy,Greece,Spain,Scotland,And of course Ireland.
