I must admit that I'd never seen that Head-On commercial before, but I went & checked it out after reading so much about it on Yahoo! Answers.
Now I see why it's so annoying. It almost made me feel like someone was trying to brainwash me by repeating that "Apply directly to the forehead" line three times. It's definitely one of the strangest commercials I've ever seen.
And here I was getting ready to nominate either the Burt Bacharach or Little Richard commercials for Geico (both are great musicians but their talents were wasted in those ads).
