Yeah the keeper can bowl at anytime. I used to be the wicket keeper for a grade side in Sydney, as I was the best keeper in the team. So I would keep against the fasties at the start of the innings. But I can also bowl a bit of Left Arm Orthodox spin, so if we need a bit of a change, I would give the gloves to someone else, and bowl a few overs to break things up, and then take over again after my spell.

The keeper can bowl any time he wants...its just that the captain will have to inform the Umpires and find a replacement for the keeper....If i'm not wrong...then Kumara Sangakara and Dhoni bowled an over...

He can bowl anytime but his captain has to inform the umpire beforehand and the umpire must ensure that someone has taken place as a wicket keeper in a proper way.

the wicket keeper can bowl at any time the captain wants. there is no such rest time 4 him before bowling. it is entirely the decision of the captain.

A wicketkeeper can bowl at any time, the only thing is to inform the umpire about the matter and somebody should don the glove.
