You can understand what I was trying to say, right? Would you think I was an idiot if it was written that way? Would you think it sounds weird? Or would you think it sounds interesting, original and clever? (be honest)

Could this be slang or an informal way of talking? Or does it sound completely wrong and strange?

It's tautological (using words that repeat elements already stated). So, no need for 'one' - 'the easiest' already refers to a singular case. Also, possibly, no need for 'gets stuck' when 'sticks' would suffice. Apart from that it seems grammatically sound. Contrary to what others are saying, I think you have to keep 'easiest' because 'most' does not have the same meaning. It won't win a prize for outstanding beauty, but sometimes it's just all that you can do.

In keeping as close to the original as possible while being grammatically correct I would go with, "the one song that gets stuck most easily is..." This transforms the adjective into an adverb to describe the process of becoming stuck.

However the "one" is also defunct as by definition, "most easily" implies you are only talking about the absolute top anyway. So "the song that gets stuck most easily is..." or "the songs that get stuck most easily are..." (if there are multiple) are really better. The "one" merely adds emphasis if desired.

'easiest' is an adjective, used to describe a noun - e.g.' the easiest song'. But you need an adverb to describe a verb such as 'get stuck', so that would be 'most easily'.

Doesn't sound right, you should reword it. What about "the song that sticks most" etc

'the one song that gets stuck the most easily is...'.... another possible option.
