What works for one woman might not work for another. Different women have different pain tolerance levels. I had both of my children natural with no drugs (yeah it hurt) I wanted drugs but labor came too fast and I dilated too fast and drugs at that point in labor would have been harmful for the baby. SO here's some advice to everyone: if you want drugs ask for them early!! Some women can't have a natural birth for health reasons, so a c-section is mandatory. I don't think there is any right way or wrong way... to each his own.

you need to be more specific...
theres lots of different ways you can give birth...
water birth, c-section, assissted birth, toilet birth, home birth, hypno birth.... etc, etc...
