Lately during sonography it was found that my prostrate gland has moderate swelling. But I am too young to have prostrate problem.

Why were you having sonography? Only Tom Cruise has a machine just laying around the house to check his sack, man. You must have an issue, and you are never too young for health problems. The m-a-s-t-u-r-b-a-t-i-o-n problem could also just be stress related.
Follow up on the p-r-o-s-t-a-t-e with your doctor.
