Actually found a story on the net about a 5 yr old in Peru who had a baby. See the link. Google for other stories about this girl. Don't think they ever found out who the father was, though.

For a female to get pregnant they must have a menstrual cycle first, which usually does not start until around 11-13 years. I really hope this wasnt a serious question.

No. Humans have to go through puberty before they can have babies.
