I would first cry, tears of joy. I haven't really had the most fabulous life. So it would mean a lot to me.
After I am done crying I would soak in the atmosphere and then reward him for the great gesture.

I personally would be thankful that the man actually took the time to figure out what I would most like to do. Then I would repay in kind....with some limitations, of course.
