"She's suffering."

About my foal who fell down a ravine - I spent all night down there with her until there was enough light for the vet to see the damage. I prayed and hoped all night, but when he told me that, I had to make the choice to have her put down.

Also: "She's gone"

When my bf rang me from the hospital when his mum was sick, he told me they were losing her, by the time I arrived she had died. Those were sad words, especially since I had just met her and got her acceptance as a future wife for her son.

At her funeral, the woman who had been in the hospital bed next to her told me: "When she could still speak, she said she thought you were lovely, and wished you and her son would be happy together". I cried for hours!

Honestly I just sat here and pondered over this answer and I can't think of anything unique except the, normal, she's gone, she died, it's over, hate you, things that are unfortunately a part of everyday life that everyone goes through no matter who you are and you will keep hearing them over and over, yes they are sad but in all reality it's a part of life.
