it would be rather stupid of one to say no! clearly yes they are.
first thing some people will say> ''no they defended themselves''
but i ask, what kind of defense do you truely call that? Hizboallah kidnapped 2 prisoners and made an offer to the israeli government to 'swap' prisoners. BUT instead of accepting, the israeli's murdered over the 1300 innocent people including children!! and made 250,000+ homeless...instead of bargaining and swaping prisoners....
is life this cheap?? you kill instead of swapping to show how powerfull you are?! well, let me tell you, in theory one day everyone is gona have enough of the israelis actions and might wipe them out of earth! why is the life of one israeli is more important than hundreds of lebaneese?! its soo not!
when i refer to 'israelis' i dont mean all the 'jews' as some are in for peace! and are against these actions

Amnesty is a trustful resource, so I guess you answered the question yourself: Yes, it looks like Israel is guilty of "war crimes" in Lebanon.
Btw, the Hezbollah is guilty of "war crimes" too, but this has nothing to do with Israel's guilt.

Amnesty International has an anti Israeli agenda. Have they dared to say anything about the war crimes of Hezbollah? What about the kidnapped soldiers? What about the 5,000 rockets launched into Israeli population centres? Is that a war crime or does AI only see what they want to see?

I agree that Israel reacted too violently..this reflects political incompetence of Israel govt......Israel put his military aim as a priority (they knew that there would be a high death toll cuz they know who guerillas work-they use population as a shield) this is y i blamed Israel...Israel should had stop its assault when death toll was becoming astronomical.....
but i think that Israel must not carry all the blame...cuz there was some peace in the region.....before they provoke this war

Hezbollah was mandated to disarm... They didnt.
They tunneled under and kidnapped two soldiers in Isreal Territory...(voilation of borders).
They have threatened to "wipe Iseral off the map"...
So, if the United Nations cant enforce thier own Doctrines and Mandates, then the Country that is being offended needs to take offensive action.
Hezbollah will eventually rearm, and Isreal will have to launch a more massive strike because Iran and Syria will be involved next time..(you can bet your bottom dollar its going to be with in 5 years too!).
I wish you well..

Nope.
Amnesty international has been accusing every government, that had a battle on it's hands, with war crimes.
They consider that those nations with military power should not use their power, even for defense purposes, but rather take casualties from their less powerful enemies

I am not saying they are, because I have no way of knowing or judging that statement.
Yet, if they are, they are less guilty than Hezbollah, which is an irregular force, that holds/held the Lebanese government hostage and used inhuman tactics to "produce" as many civilian victims as possible to manipulate the media and world public opinion.

Of course not. Israel used thier Defence force in the last war, not their attack force. The reason for them initiating an attack was to recover three of their soldiers who had been kidnapped by the 'enemy'. Ufortunatly civilians were killed in the process(on both sides)
