Whether you see a snake in a lake in Chandigarh or Mumbai or Delhi, it has nothing do with your life (unless of course you want to try to catch the snake and get bitten by it). Don't be too superstitious. What happens if your house is near a snake farm and you get to see a lot of snakes everyday?
