With period pain cramps symptoms in early pregnancy when do you tend to get them? i.e. all day, when you go to the loo, when you get up after lying down?

I have slightly tender/sore boobs, but i have noticed the odd little bump on the bit round the nipple just coming up, they are an off white colour - has anyone else experienced this?

You shouldn't be getting any cramps at all. You need to contact your doctor right away. I had severe pain on the left side of my pelvis and it was so painful, it woke me up in the middle of the night and I was also sweating. There were times that it was so painful, I had to take advil (not knowing that I was pregnant). I saw a doctor and had an ultrasound done. The doctor found out that I have an ovarian cyst. A couple months later, they found out that it was a dermoid cyst and I need to have surgery to remove it. Now being 7 months pregnant, I don't even know if I will end up having a cesarean to remove the baby and then cut my cyst out or have natural birth and then the surgery later.

My breasts were sore too, but it went away after a couple weeks.

Unfortunately, it could be either/or. Women commonly get period cramps and sore breasts. However, many women report in early pregnancy getting a crampy feeling, like their period is going to start, because they feel the cramps, but it just never comes.
The little bumps near the nipple you are referring to are called montgomery glands, every woman has them and their purpose is to aid in secreting a very small amount of a waxy substance to moisturized the nipple, not really a sign of pregnancy though.
If you are trying to get pregnant, I would strongly recommend discontinuing the pill. Hope this helps. :)

those a lubricant bumps to keep your nipples from drying out. They are very useful when you breastfeed. Thats why you shouldnt wash your nipples with soap, because you can dry them out.
Those pains you are describing.. I had them since 6 weeks and I still hve menstrual like cramps. When I sneeze, cough, move the wrong way. Or just for nothing. Round ligament pains.

You shouldn't be getting pain. Just upset stomach. The bumps around the nipple, I got with all 4 pregnacies.

go to your gynecologist first of all stop taking your pill!
i do not find normal you having secretion in your nipples if you are 8 weeks pregnant normally it comes at the end of pregnancy can happen sometimes at 7 months pregnancy.
Do you bleed? cause if you are having those symptomes you describe it can be a sign of abortion...do not argue anymore and go to the gynecologist...

You can get the pain in your lower abdomen any time of the day. It does feel like PMS cramps. My OBGYN explained that it is your uterus trying to figure out what's in it and expanding to accommodate it. I wouldn't worry about your boobs. There will be a lot of other changes to your body.

You shouldn't be having those types of cramps at all. Get in touch with your OBGYN. Yes, you will have many of those little bumps which have little holes for the milk to come out.

As you are on the pill, I would say they are just side affects. If you think you are pregnant do a test it will show on a test at 5 weeks.
If you think you are pregnant you should also STOP taking the pill and go and see your GP.
