Why am I unable to open attachments in email that have a .pps suffix?

that's probably a powerpoint presentation. You can go to microsoft.com and get a powerpoint viewer download program for free. That should enable you to open the file.

PPS files are created by Microsoft Office PowerPoint. PPS files are a common distribution form for PowerPoint presentations and slide shows.

You can download the powerpoint viewer from Microsoft.

Download and make sure you have MS powerpoint installed... some times you have to install shockwave or flashmedia player too, depending on tis content...
