HI, How i can send message to all workgroup in Windows XP installed in whole LAN, I want to send message for something, Internet outage notification or some other notification.

Assuming the messenger service is running on all machines, use the NET SEND command from a command prompt.

are you talking about sending something from one computer in a network system in the house to the other computers but not working? if that is in fact the question make sure that the network name is the same for all the computers on the network that you want to send to
or you could create as many different network configuation on the computer that you choose to use
