You will not be happy until you leave the closet, at least partially. You don't have to announce your sexual preference to the whole world (especially not to your family and friends, if you don't want to), but, unless you act on your desires, you can never be happy. Try to find someone like yourself with whom you can have a good relationship.

I think you mean "In the closet" not "on"
That would be over the top. Sorry about the bad pun
You will have to pick your own time to open the door and exit the closet and explore.
Look for a gay and lesbian community center in your city and find some reason to visit it.
If your city doesn’t have one, volunteer at some other community help program near the gay part of your town. I know you will find a gay person in just about any community outreach program.
In spite what some people think, most gay people care and do a lot of volunteer work.
The best way to exit the closet is with local support. You aren’t the first person to go thru this.
We all do. Life is one big trip, and being happy is all about enjoying the journey. Happiness is an inside job. The really cool thing about it is, it will find you, and no hunting is required.
When you move on to sex, don't let anyone talk you into unsafe sex like barebacking, (having anal sex without a condom). AIDS doesn’t just belong to my generation.
Sex should be fun, and safe.
Remember according to statistics it is believed that one out of seven people are gay. So you really are not alone.
Take it easy my friend you'll be fine. It all works out with time.
Someone said, "Never sweat the little stuff, and it's all little stuff.", was right.
I hope this helps..

There is no happiness in a closet, just clothes and shoes. Open the door and get out and see the world. Get in turn with yourself more. Believe it or not you'll soon be able to tell who's who by feeling the same spirit. Like spirit can always tell each other apart. Good luck.

Reading answers from the rest of the gay community makes me feel good about our resolve. As a gay therapist, I feelt that i've gained experience is the methods of "support" and "understanding," but I am so impressed with the asnwers in here. You're young, you will make choices, happiness will be yours one way or the other. Take care, best wishes. CB

If you don't want to leave the Phillipines, try finding the most gay-friendly city there (Manila?).
You don't have to tell anyone about being gay. But you need some support from accepting friends (gay or straight). I recommend carefully asking indirect questions to decide whether your friends are accepting. Women are usually more accepting.
Also try using websites (or newspaper classifieds) to meet friends--gay or straight--who live nearby. And especially use web & classifieds for dating. (I recommend match.com for dates, but can't think of a site for finding non-date friends.)
You can also use a search engine [Google] to find out if there are gay restaurants or clubs in your area.
If you can afford it, I recommend finding a therapist. They can be a big support. Be choosy--don't continue seeing anyone you're uncomfortable with.
Mabuting kapalaran! / Good luck!
