the time needed depends on each girl. all girls are different. and i think it depends on how horny the girl is... the more horny a girl is, the faster she achieves orgasm. and i dun think that it is quite possible for girls to begin ejaculation. it mostly happens on man only. i dun say that it's impossible for girls, but i hardly hear of girls ejaculating. i think that it is possible to continue sex if she is fine with it. it depends on her personally as well.

I assume that you have only one partner. I'll answer the last question first about time required to achieve orgasm. Girls dont ejaculate and they only feel the orgasm. Orgasm is experienced based on the physical stimulations, thoughts and what you see and feel sexy. Hence it's up to you and your partner to stimulate each other to reach orgasm say from few minutes to few hours.
As far as cleaning up act goes, it's not how long you'd like to clean your private parts after intercourse. It's how effectively you clean and keep yourself hygiene. If you are sticking with only one partner depending on your outlook towards your hygiene you may continue to receive sex.

A) She can go on if she wants. There is no reason why she has to stop.
B) There is no rule how long it will take her to climax. It is rather common that the man during his first time cums early and therfore the woman during her first time doesn't *** as often as he does.
You will have to find out for yourself or ask someone who had sex with that specific woman. And in that case she wouldn't be a virgin and you wouldn't ask all these questions...

If you are speaking of the girls "Hyman" sex can continue. It doesn't create much for clean up. As for female orgasm, that varies for girl to girl. Some women have a lot of trouble, and in a case like that I would suggest you practice oral sex techniques.

You can continue, if she is comfortable continuing. And the amount of time for every woman is different. I have to say odds are she won't have an orgasm that very first time.

Jeez..why would you want to clean up all of that wonderful lubrication...
and if you do want to clean it up...
why not go oral on her...
she'll "ejaculate" much faster if you do...and it tastes fantastic too...
