I wrecked the first car I bought. My very first car was a gift. The second one I bought and totaled it. My last pymt on the car was due the next month. I loved that car (Mazda 626). It was the best.
Lesson 1: always aviod hitting the deer crossing the road while not hitting the gravel the state had left piled on the side of the road when repaving.
Lesson 2: Never let go of the stearing wheel. Hold on to it to keep control of the car. (state patrol said if I hadn't I would've flipped and hit the boulders in the ditch and died on impact)
Lesson 3: Making a 3 dr converible out of your 4dr hardtop while riding a guardrail is preferable then dying
Lesson 4: Never let the state send you a bill for the accedent for over $1000. when they only had 2 people out there cleaning up (not the 5 they billed for) and the use of new materials (when they used old parts).

It was wrecked for me. A 66 Chevy Malibu SS. On my way to a college final exam in 75, a drunk ran a stop sign going like hell and t-boned me. I wasn't hurt but the car was toast.

As an aside, my cousin took the 327 engine from my wrecked chevy and put it in a 44 Willys Jeep (he had to remove the firewall to fit it in)

NO! They just thin I did...it rather looked like a Museum piece, you know twisted metal in front of the federal building, subliminal satire or the truth that they want you to know of the mechanical world has taken over....they drone thru their daze....and are afraid to say or even whisper to another, the emporer is not wearing a stitch. I say it like it is, i think it looked lovely steaming, crunched and I didnt hit the squirrel afterall..thank god I threw out the Bottle of Captain Morgan's.....it worked..they bought it....I actually hit a pole....so...i well.....made up a story ....where everyone lived and the pontiac, was the only casualty....i was a hero til I came clean..and so it goes......(I am sooo laughing!)

Yes, I did. The first, the second, the third died with no help from me, the fourth and the fifth. Needless to say, I have had many first vechicles.
