What is the cheapest way to send bulk sms to indian mobile phone users through the internet.?

The solution should provide a nice interface to manage my contacts into various groups. Hutch seems to have a solution to do that, but they require a hutch connection(which i do not have presently, has anybody tried this out?). Yahoo messenger/rediff bol allows you to send 1 sms at a time, but not to many ppl.

Btw i don't intend to spam unknowing ppl, i need to send it to a list of known ppl

AOL Instant Messenger : Open new message and type +1 , the area code and the phone number. Yahoo Messenger: Sign into your yahoo mail. Click new and click text message (SMS). Enter area code and number or add name from contact list. Type message and click send. Windows Live Messenger (MSN) - Honestly not sure.
