Seems like if they are already divorced and she didnt get the place she could be made to move,but lets remember theres a chiold hee. Do you want them outon the strets/ he hould talk to a lawyer about this,she should at least be helping pay something. Depends on what was in the divorce decree.

What do you want to happen to her? He married her and had a child, now he has to be responsible for the child and pay alimony. Have you asked him about the situation? She wouldn't just stay there while he is paying for it without his consent. Maybe he is lying to you about what is going on...many men do that.

she stays there and he continues to pay for it you have to understand that no matter what you think that is his child and his exwife who will always have a bond tying them together he is genuine person who is decent by letting them stay in ahouse he pays for thats his son,you be happy to know if you ever got pregnant he would look after you even if the two of you broke up,
