absolutely. To know yourself when everything is stripped down is comforting. To learn to define yourself and others not by the clothes you wear or the car you drive but by integrity of character is a blessing.

I understand myself very well. Anyone can understand themselves if they look deep enough..most ppl don't want to do that...They don't want to take the time, they don't want to "see" ,when we see the true us..it's not always pretty...I don't think people understand that everything is balanced...you have good in you...you have bad in you...just like nature..I have a very soft heart....yet I can be someones worst enemy...good and bad!

Not all the time. Sometimes im not sure why I feel certain ways. But I do most of the time understand myself.
