I had enough. Everytime I use the word "black" (with no racist meanings) a lot of people come and claim their pain, their marginalization and blame the "white evil man" for their problems. I've met a lot of educated black persons (from Africa) and it seems they understood that work is very important for the progress of their countries, they understood the power of democracy and free market.
But hey. There's also a big African American community here always starting fights on racial problems. Everytime you tell them they are wrong (or stupid -note that i also make stupid a lot of other people such as caucasians and asians) they start to bark: "Racist", "Bigot", "Hater", "Uneducated fool".
Well I am not an uneducated fool ( i've spent a lot of my time studying both social problems, but also electronics (5 years- i have a diploma)). A lot of "my uneducated friends" have the same views ... We are not "racist" we are simple watchers and observers.
Question: Why all this hate ?

Probably you don't understand what represents the colonisation era.
Europe needed working force and space to expand...
Oh and thanks to the cannibalistic white man you are now free... and you also have human rights.
By the way the first slave sellers were black! (Don't forget that).

You could NEVER enslave an American Indian, they would sooner kill themselves.
This is part of the reason blacks still carry such a grudge. They feel in some way, they are to blame or feel inferior and humiliated that we could get away with doing that to such a huge population of them.
I think, not being racist, but being an impartial observer, that it might have something to do with their DNA, the type of people they are and what makes up their personality.
Like the first responder said, no joke, it might have something to do with how calculating and ferocious euro whites had evolved and how the blacks in Africa, who stayed on the very first continent of origin evolved.

Black Africans do not have the knowhow to manage themselves - that was why they were exploited by the white Europeans.
Coming from primitive tribalistic cultures blacks were inferior as an ethnic group, never had the knowledge of science to better their village-hut societies then.
Even today much of black Africa depends on Western technologies - good and bad - to mismanage their states which are still steeped in their respective tribal ways.
By the way I too don't give a hoot to what people here think or say about what and how I call it - I know I am not a racist - that's good enough for me.

Good point! Of course the Africans enslaved themselves, or rather each other, first -- then sold their slaves on.
It's still going on all over Africa today.
And the West "enslaves" Africa still, indirectly: its unfair subsidies for European and American crops (sugar, cotton, corn, rice . . .) make it impossible for African (and Mexican, among others) farmers to compete, so the pay their workers less than starvation wages. (The Mexicans, at least, can try to migrate North.)
The other point: corruption.

because the europeans had developed firearms and used them with great succes to colonise the other 3/4 of the world!!
The first experience of gunfire was frightening to most ignorant cultures(reports of the Spanish say that most American indians ran in fear of the people that had the power to "control thunder")
so that's why!

Why do you care? You have an African gene inside your body. Read the recent researches of National Discovery. First "Adam" and "Eve" came from Africa and their ancestors spread around the world. So, wherever you live: Australia (aubergine), Asia, Europe...-we all have African gene in our body.

look i am a Arab .. i dont know what clour u call me in ur country but any how :) ... i personaly think that clour is with so no signeficance to a person BUT sterityping people is the problem ex: African=lazy Moslem=Terroist ...thats the problem ... i think every one should be happy and proud of what he is BUT also respect other races and Cultures and belifes
