Nah, they've all missed the biggest ones with the most direct route to get in:
Investment Banker - start as analyst at $80k from undergrad, after 2 yrs will be at $100k, get MBA, go back as associate at $120-200k, then commissions from deals generally put you well over $1M a year. These can move into hedge funds and private equity, where the skys the limit.
Management Consultant - same path as above, with less finance education. Before MBA will be at around $80k, and after salary moves up from $80k to around $400k after 10 yrs (sr. partner level)
Corporate lawyer - law school, start at around $80k, make partner within ten years, easily at $250k salaried plus bonuses that double that at a minimum
Real Estate Development - finance base, but no specific req'd education, salary is unlimited if you start your own thing, but in a firm expect around $100k after six years. $200-$250 after twelve, plus bonuses and maybe a cut of the deals.

Careers that require a high level of education: doctor, engineer, that sort of thing. The problem is that many engineering jobs are being offshored, so it's hard to know which kind of engineering would be best. Electrical engineering has been hit hard by offshoring lately, as has mechanical engineering. Civil engineering has been hit less hard, but it also tends to pay less. Speak to someone at the engineering school of your chosen university for detailed information on future salaries. Medicine pays well, if you have an MD. Especially if you specialize, like being an oncologist. Of course, you have to pay a fortune for the education and then you have to pay back the student loans. On top of that you have to deal with expensive insurance. Again, try contacting your chosen university and speak with someone in the medical school about which specialties pay best.

Most careers take a while to get going. Whatever you do, the big money comes later. So do what you like anyway.
