This bartender I used to know had a very extensive tattoo that was done in sections where it looked like someone had peeled back her skin to expose what was underneath. But what was underneath was actually mechanical, like robot parts. It went across one arm, around her torso, over one hip and down her leg. It was totally cool because it was original and different.

One of my mates has got in massive Gothic letters across his stomach "SELFISH" in mirror writing...
To see it you can not work out what it says, it is very strange...however if he stands infront of a mirror it looks fantastic...
He says that as he is truly selfish, it is only him that needs to see it the correct way round (ie in the mirror)..I can not fault that logic!
I have always thought it was the coolest tattoo I have ever seen

The best tatoos I've ever seen are the ones that aren't there. Why supply the police with an instant form of ID? None of us think the police would ever be searching for us, but things happen that we can't control and we get swept into a nightmare we'll have to hide from forever. For example; say you were implicated in a murder you knew nothing about, but the circumstantial evidence was such that you feared arrest and conviction? I don't want a cell mate named Buck, or to spend the rest of my life in prison, or sit in the chair, I am going to run! Why wear your name on your shoulder? It makes it so easy for the police to ID you. I believe in lying to the police about who I am. I was arrested in the Navy for intoxication in town, and I told them at the jail about all my tatoos and scars - but they were all imaginery! But they didn't check! I already have them confused about who I am - they'll never find me! Why would you want to screw it up by bar-coding yourself? It makes no sense to me.

None! I have never seen a tattoo that was worth putting a bar-code on myself...aka mark of the beast. Have a nice life!

It was a mechanical seahorse on the upper arm. I like anything that has to do with the ocean.
