Does anyone know the name of this artist?

He´s a painter. I´ve looked for his work on google and everywhere, but i just cant seem to find anything or even his name. All i know is that he made this really famous painting of a transvestite, painting a picture of another transvestite....i havent actually seen this paintin myself, but that´s the description i´ve heard...but i hope that shines some light on who he may be? Thanks! :)

it is da vincci? im just guessing.. but it might not be the one you have been looking for coz he is quite famous
