Nowadays, people are becoming so busy or want to engage themselves in their usual activities in such a way so they get no time to think upon themselves or to realise their daily doings, indeed they are engrossed in a race,in which they dont know that why are they running or what thing they want to achieve?

Rather, indeed we are following the usual trends(whether right or wrong)as followed by our forefathers knowing no reason as they also dont know why?

What do u think for the same?

Good question and yes you are right. But what is the answer. I guess we need to take a step back and either smell the roses or do something before its too late.

This was me a year ago ... I was a workoholic ... Worked up to 80 hours a week (Nurse you see and too many shifts). I got tired of it all and rather too stressed as well. So got given 2 weeks off by my GP. I thought this was going to kill me because so unsued to have so much time on my hands. I slept for a couple of days then looked around myself, decided i didn't like the envirnoment i lived in, never had much of a chance to see it before! I worked night shifts you see ... So slept during the day. On my days off (Never full days) I was too busy rushing to get my shopping, do things i really had to do to notcie anything.

So i sat and thought long and hard. Told myself i didn't want that for me for much longer, needed a change and whatever it implied ... Was going to do it. My partner found me a cottage in Ireland, i upped and left! Quit my job, quit my voluntary jobs as well (Yup was working all the time professionally and voluntarily).

A year later ... I'm not as well off as i was but i feel so much happier! I manage to sleep at night, wake up early in teh morning, take my dogs for a long walk to the lough, watch truits jumping up in the lough, squirrels and beavers walk pass us, i can see the seasons change! I never did! And i feel so much better within myself! I left the rat race behind and it was the best thing i could have done. My mum died 6 years ago, told me it was her one regret ... Not to quit soon enough and get to enjoy her life, nature before she died ... She was right.

My son is only 25 but he gives himnself another 10 years before following in my foot steps. He can see how much better i am now. But we're isolated cases ... Most pople can't se it and keep going until it's too late. They put promotion before their quality of life. It's sad because they can't see what they're missing out on.
I guess it's always about money, need more whant more. Well i did tell you i wasn't as well off as i was before (Financially) But hey! I don't miss out ... Only visit the supermarket from time to time because i've learnt to grow my own begetables and look forward to my first fruits next year! Totally organic and my own. So really the savings i make by growing my own (Starting with a few chicken next week) well make up for little money i lost quitting the rat race. Was i still at work now (Instead of banking once or twice a month) I'd be a grade higher ... Well ... I couldn't care less! No hight grade can ever make up for what i have right now! Peaceful and quiet life, no mad rushing, little stress as opposed to living and working on adrenaline and coffein!!!

It's a big step to take but hey! You should try it!
