If you questioning then you do not need to get married. I am sure he loves you for who you are and might see some flaws in you, however he still loves you. Don't do that. Don't start questioning.

Looks don't matter at all because they're really not permanent. If you had a big ugly nose, you could get it fixed but how do you fix a big ugly attitude? And if you consider that this person who is plump is making you rethink marriage, you should consider how shallow your own behaviour is. Would you like someone to reject you on the basis of your looks? Besides you could marry a drop dead gorgeous girl and you don't know if she'll gain like 100 pounds after the first baby, that would make you have a fat spouse for a life partner...would you love them any less for that? You should reconsider your reasons for getting married if all you really want is your spouse to be a decoration piece not a life partner!

Okay, think of it this way. You can get with the hottest babe on earth, but after a few kids and stress, she's not going to be so attractive anymore. Besides, even though looks don't last, personalities are forever. So I don't understand why you're letting a "little plump" get in the way of a great person. Plus, I bet you're not all that perfect looking either. Right?

Personality is more important than looks. If you marry a beautiful girl with a bad attitude in twenty years you'll just have an old woman with a bad attitude. Looks don't last.

The way I see it is, you're going to have a wrinkly, fatter version of the person you marry now in 40 years.
So, you might as well get married to someone you love talking to and being around, because looks do fade.

You need to think about if his being plump is going to bother you in the next few years of your life or that you made a mistake and really want a more fit man.

I would marry them for who they are...period. You can marry the most attractive person on Earth but if they have a bad attitude, you'll never be happy with them anyway. Besides, looks fade in time.

If you love the person, looks should not matter. Think about it some more before proposing. Personally, there could be the most gorgeous person in the world in front of me, and if they are false and have a bad heart i will find everything wrong with them.

Dude, what is that? If you love her, marry her. If she has a great personality, you will get along great. Just think, you can marry someone hot but she can eventually gain weight and turn old...

Looks does not matter, it's the persons attitude which matters the most.
