Usually software comes along with the pc cam. If you don't have then search on google.com with pc cam model number. Otherwise u can try in download.com also.

You should be able to go to the company's web site to get the software needed. Once you get to the web site most sites have a search bar the search their products, enter the PC cam's model number and the drivers for the camera should pop up if they are available. if they do come up all you do is save the drivers to your computer. and then you just need to install them.

Usually by going to the PC cam supplier's website or Windows Xp will often recognise it and you won't need other software.
Using it 'on line' can cause compatability problems with your ISP's site. If it work when you just look in it it's the ISP.

It should have come with your cam. If not, get it from the company who makes it or go back to the store and tell them it wasn't included.
If it was... uh, free... check out twocows.com or shareware.com
