I´ve looked for his work on google and everywhere, but i just cant seem to find anything or even his name. All i know is that he made this really famous painting of a transvestite, painting a picture of another transvestite....i havent actually seen this paintin, but that´s the description i heard...but i hope that shines some light on who he may be? Thanks! :)

If this were a "really famous" painting, it would show up in an image search using the key word "transvestite." Since your question is based entirely on hearsay, one cannot know if the artist is male, female, or even a transvestite. The same is true for the subject. How would you even recognize the painting if you've never seen it? You must give more clues that you know for a fact, are true.
