One of the biggest fads in Hollywod today is to do a fast.
It reaches far beyond annerexia because there is NO food at all. Just lemon water, maybe some greens and that is it. Some celebs even note that after the 10 day fast they get such a high they can stretch to 18 days which apparently Nicole has. She also looks like she has had some lipo because there is some un evenness in her lower abs....
I know the pressure of hollywood is hard but MS Richie is doing damage to her organs.....Hope she finds her way....

ya know what's even worse ? She thinks she actually looks good!! My God, her clothes fall off her. She wears sunglasses
that are bigger than her head. She has to wear a little girls size
bathing suit...and even THAT'S to big. Saggy crotch. Uhhgggg.
She used to be more lighthearted and funny and you could see
the glow in her eyes. Now her eyes seem dead really. Like she's
really unhappy inside...and putting on a fake out smile. I think she
is in serious trouble. She's probably terrified to gain weight now.

She really isn't that skinny like Paris Hilton they made a fake picture.So it looks like they lost more than 40-20 pounds.
