Well I found a website on them, I have included the link at the bottom. However, if these people contacted you via e-mail I would be extremely wary as to doing business with them and never use any links that are sent to you through e-mail for any of your banking needs, simply go to their site on your own.
As to you contacting that Louise Stone I would suggest calling the bank and request to speak with that person, to be certain that they work their, anyone is capable of answering their phone and saying a company name.
