is it possible to stop or jam any TV channel transmitting from other countries?

so many pronographic channels are broadcasting from one countries are recieved by the neighbouring countries which are not suitable to their culture and tradition. so is it possible for government to stop or jam or delete that channels from receiving by the people

Yes they can. They use some sort of signal jammers.

yea they just over power the station and cancel the signal
