Beckham will never play again for England. MacLaren has shown his intent from the start by dropping him, he has been a passenger for the last few years in the England team, offering nothing more than a good delivery from dead ball situations. Aaron Lennon and Shaun Wright-Phillips run at defences and cause them problems, stretching the play which then allows people like Gerrard and Rooney to exploit the gaps left behind. Beckham is yesterdays news, he was a magnificent player in his hey day, but he has failed as an England captain and should quit now at the top of his game as Cantona did at Man Utd years ago.

Doubt it. David Beckham is earning record-breaking salaries and fees as a Real Madrid player that it will be hard to match if he returns to the EPL. Furthermore his age would be a negative factor; will most likely finish his playing career in Spain.

He currently doesn't deserve to be in the team on his performances as a player or a captain. I thought they might give hm the chance to get 100 caps, but if he's not the future why bother

Sad to say, but I think Beckham won't be back playing for England. When he stepped down as captain, i think it sealed his fate. :( But no fear... there are many great young players rising in the ranks. And with Terry as Captain hopefully he'll lead them to a win in Euro 2008.

I doubt he'll get bk in the squad, coz steven gerrad playd very well on the right and it works coz it means lampard can do his stuff. Also we've wright=phillips n lennon 2 cover if anyone gets injured, becks its the end of yopur england career.

beckham might get back into england team if the fa decide they need a load more cash to finish new wembly if not he can always be a ball boy with brooklyn if posh lets them stay up late on a school night

i think he will for just 1 more match let him leave playing football ppl may hate him but hes scored some good goals and help win some games to he deserves 1 more game with England

I think beckham will make it back in to the first team again in the euro 2008 qualifiers, but i think after that i will retire.
