Lip-gloss makes them stand out so they look more plump. or u can buy plumping lip-gloss from boots or sumwhere, they work but usually around £10.

ive thick lips n i hate it, but i think usin lip gloss or usin a dark lipstick color could make ur lips look bigger, thers some lip plumper lipstick/lipgloss which will make ur lips look alot more bigger like from benefit.also u can try to use those lipliners to draw a thicker lip for uself, but not much or else it will look unnatural n weird

You can put your lipstick just beyond your natural lip line or use lip liner. Then fill in with your usual lipstick. The drug store also sells some sort of soy based cosmetic that is supposed to "plump" your lips but I'm not sure it works.

use shimmer gloss or you can use like a pale white shimmer eye shadow with a small brush and litghtly illuminate the upper lip by applying the brush with teh shadow right above the dip between the two points on the top lip... i hope you understand!
