1st thing you do when you get in lobby is check small window in option box..once in room expand it...middle box at top right of screen.this removes ads at top and allows you to see and use chat area at bottom.

well you never stated what games you were trying to play, yahoo, pogo, ? well either way a lot of game rooms wont maximize to full screen because you would just get a lot of blank color, they have it set for best viewing. now on the other hand i have pogo, and i just switched to dsl, and when i would go to play the games the bottom of the screen would be cut off, they explained that some browsers don't support the games (they were speaking greek to me using words that i guess I'm just stupid and don't get) but anyways when i would log on i would click my Verizon yahoo icon from the desktop and go from there, etc.....well they said don't do that but to go to start and get internet explorer running from there (totally different browser) and guess what, it worked, i can see everything now.
