you may need to rephrase your question a bit ,
Every one is ignorant of some thing or the other.
A doctor is ignorant of a lawyers work and a lwayer is ignorant of a doctors work . So all of us have some idea which revolves around our area of work . So may be we can say 99% of people are paritally ignorant of 100% of happenings in the world .

None, all have the need to inquire and fine answers to that answers that they feel are necessary for them to know. Just as a priest might find a scientist ignorant of the truth (God) and the scientist of the priest (for him not persuing the study of the Universe, a.k.a Phyiscs). Hence, we are all ignorant of something, but not totally ignorant.

I would say 50% of ppl are ignorant.. and the other half isnt!! just being fair.
if i chose 99.9% that wouldnt be fair to doctors, and scientists who made great changes in the world!! ignorance can come from lack of education etc.. so theres always hope for the other half of the ppl!! 99.9% doesnt make sense to me
