Of course. Not death penalty though. Depends on the crime. If he killed someone, I want that murderer to serve a life sentence too.

Not too sure what you mean by this but i would certainly say that anyone committing crime should be tried within a few weeks not months! I think this is what appals us all, time wasted to get someone tried after they have been charged. It works both ways really ... Suppose someone is innocent of teh crime then he/she would be released a lot quicker if it didn''t take months (If not years) to take them to trial, then someone guilty ... May very well re offend and if not ... Learn how to do better next time out, namely from real criminals. It's a well known fact that young offenders do all their learning while on remand. They learn dos and donts from real full time cons!
So if it's that you call instant justice ... Then yes i agree. Another point i would like to make is that, victims families should be allowed a say in whether a prisoner should be relased or not.

ooohhh yes. If you decide to do someone wrong, you should have to be punished for it. I'm talking murder, stealing, raping ect. Although laws are kinda iffy because the set laws for drug penalties are pretty steep sometimes more than murder so we are kinda backwards on some things but in over all yes.

Depends what crime and if they were caught in the act... if i caught someone doing anything to my children then it would be nice to lash retribution on them instantly
