Indian Standard Time (IST) is -5.30 hours from GMT.
If you are in North America, then it is -9.30 hours of EST (Day Linght Saving ) and if you are in Europe, then it is -4.30 hours from UK time.
For other places, how can some one give you time, without knowing at what time you are asking the question?
