Sometimes a program crash can cause that. Just go to the process tab and end the process that is using 99% or 100% of the CPU but never terminate the "System Idle Process" which usually go to 99% when your system is idle (",)

The most likely cause is a worm,virus or trojan. Just try to scan the PC with a later antivirus software.
For the meantime, you could try ending some processes like spoolsv.exe which take up a lot of CPU usage. Do not terminate the explorer.exe

you need to do a scan for spyware /virus/trojans/worms
you dont have to have all this running from start up you can scan when ever you want but you really need to do a scan now ur cpu usage should be about 1 or2 %

download xoftspy422 and install it then run it stop the scan and click on scan settings tick every box and click on where it says >> click here to select a folder then tick the (c) thats your hard drive if you have 2 hard drives tick the 2 of them then click ok
then click start when the scan is done click on remove tab

There are surrely only 2 reasons for your problem; your pc might have been infected, or some of you software is corrupted(most likely ur antivirus software)

Uninstal and Reinstall ur ANTIVIRUS it might solve the problem.
