Go to the public library and find a literacy class.
If they can't help you with classes, they have many books you can borrow!

Listen to the talk radio station on the Internet that are broadcast in English. Also listen to TV broadcasts that are in English. Listen to anything that is in English, including music but be careful with music as often times in music "artistic license" is taken with the pronunciation - listen to early Rolling Stones songs to see what I mean - Mick Jagger is deliberately not pronouncing the words like an English professor, but that's rock and roll.

fluentzy is such a course. . . but i dont think there is anything like spoken english. if your english is good .. if you are expressive and you have ideas ..eventually you will sart speaking. watch movies, news channels, sports channels
