I really feel that this is a different type of nervousness...I feel so hopeless...I've always tried so hard and did what ever I could do to combat it, but it will never go away.

What's troubling you? Feeling nervous once in a while could be a panic attack. But if you feel that often, well, you may need to see a doctor coz you may be having heart ailment? Take care.

Join the club, Antidepressants made me worse. I do a high volume work out every morning and that helps because your body makes endorphines which make anybody feel better. The catch. You can't put it in pill form. High level exercise is the only way because that is what makes the chemicals in your brain stimulant. I have had a terrible life since birth and It doesn't go away. I went to therapy that didn't help. I have turned to the occult and that makes me better. It helps me suck it up and trudge on with my horrible life.
