No, me too. People go on some sites and copy/paste from that. Anybody could do that. I like short answers, especially when people say what they know in their own words.

i think it all boils down to the question at hand. is it a question that really needs an explanation or could it be answered with just a few short words. a yes or no perhaps. sometimes the long answers are the ones you really need to pay attention to, those are the people that put in the most thought. but to the question at hand no i dont. just wanted to see if youd read this.

Heck yes. If I were the one asking the question and it was a long one, then this person is asking for more than just a few lines. It is for the person asking the question. If it does not require a long one, then I don't write a long one. I have seen where they complain that people just put a few words together to get the 2 pts., are you one of those?

Hell no. I like answers that are quick and to the point. I can't stand it when people give you 10 paragraph answers. It's like they just pull up some web page and just cut and paste!

Yes i do sometimes, but i think that is better than reading the same question twice.

i dont read long questions!...when i enter a question...and if it is more that 3-4 lines... i jump bak to the open questions again...lol...but i do read long answers...coz sum1 has been kind enuf and taken time to answer my question..so i do have to respect them...lol...

not if they are copy/pasted, but if i know that person actually took the time to write out that much...i read it. (unless it's ridiculous blabbering).
