There is nothing really good about being popular, because if you have a lot of money its just easier for someone to track you down. Or if someone wants to kick your butt its easy for someone to track you down. Being popular is not what is made up to be.

Tell your friend that she's too sensitive towards others' treatment towards her. If she has genuinely opened up to other people and treat people well, there really shouldn't be a problem having plenty of friends.

take her out to dinner with a bunch of her friends and have a sort of birthday party type thing to make her know that she is popular in her friends eyes... and that's all that matters..
