if you think you are depressed then you are. Dont worry we all get there sooner or later.
If you are depressed all of the time and for no apparent reason then go see a doctor.
I actually got over my depression (which lasted over a year) without any drugs at all.
I found a really great Psychiatrist that actually told me what was going on inside of my head.
It turns out it was a bunch of different things that were bringing me down. I was telling myself what i wanted to hear, not what i needed to hear. But that never fixes anything. finally my mind gave up on it. but my sense of responsibility made me feel like a failure and i got depressed.
So after he told me what i needed to hear and helped me decide what i needed to do i was fine.
SO... if you go to a psychiatrist there are 2 things you ought to look for:
1. Does he/she offer you mind altering drugs right off the bat? if so be a little leary. Prozac and the like are THE most abused drugs by doctors in America. Usually they perscribe them because either they dont know what they are doing, or they dont want to take the time to help you. The way i see it with all of the side effects it isnt worth it to start with. Also it is like putting a bandage over a bullet hole. Most of us are not chronically depressed. we just have a problem.
2. Do you actually like the person? Unlike regular doctors you have to trust and like your psychiatrist. How are you supposed to relax and tell your darkest most inner feelings to someone you dont like and/or dont trust.
I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I am not going to take the time to go read that.
If you are asking if you are depressed....then you probably are.

Go talk to a doctor. Depression is nothing to be ashamed of. It is an illness like any other illness.

If you don't have energy, if you don' t care about what you usually care about, if you can't sleep or sleep too much, if you cry more often than before, if you eat too much or don't feel like eating,
If you have thoughts of not being good enough, if you wish you were dead, if you isolate or if you can't stand to be alone. If you spend too much time online, if you don't connect with friends, if you rarely laugh or smile. If you over react to things. If you think you might be better off just not trying anymore.

If you said yes to any of those answers.....go see your doctor.

It sounds like you really need to talk to a doctor or someone you can talk to easily. Do you have a member of clergy or a teacher you can talk to? If not, there are several numbers that you can call to talk to someone that might be able to help. Life is far too short to be depressed, and I hope you help yourself by talking to someone. No one should be caught in the cycle of depression.

u appear to be having a kind of uncontrolled mood swings.
and these could be affecting ur life. perhaps u can u can see some doctor for better advice after going through complete history.
or else if u feel like, u can assess urself wat triggers ur such behaviour and may be u can find the solution.
